Internship Opportunity
The ValueBridge International Analyst Program is a highly competitive internship opportunity for undergraduate students seeking to explore the world of finance and investment. Intern Responsibilities
Deal Support
A crucial aspect of the internship is sourcing and providing support for ongoing deals and transactions. Interns will assist in sourcing deals, preparing comprehensive client presentations and pitch books. This includes lots of outreach, analyzing relevant market data, creating compelling visuals, and ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date. Interns will also contribute significantly to due diligence processes for various deals. This involves thoroughly examining financial statements, contracts, and other critical documents to identify potential risks and opportunities.
Financial Analysis & Modeling
Analyst Interns are expected to dive deep into financial analysis and modeling. This involves creating and updating complex financial models, such as discounted cash flow (DCF) models, to evaluate company performance and potential investment opportunities. Interns will work with large datasets, conduct thorough industry and company research, and perform valuation analyses to support deal teams. You must demonstrate strong attention to detail and the ability to translate raw data into meaningful insights that can drive decision-making.
Project Management
Effective project management is a key skill for Analyst Interns. You will be expected to juggle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, often working under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment. This requires excellent organizational skills, the ability to prioritize effectively, and a strong work ethic. Interns must learn to coordinate with team members across different departments to ensure project completion and maintain high-quality standards.
Technical Skills Development
